The waiters and Maitre'd in the Santorini Dining Room made the whole dinner experience a true delight. We really didn't need to make the reservations ahead of the cruise as they recommended. We showed up the first night, they had a table for 10 of us and we ate all our meals at the same table except for the speciality dining on one evening.

As usual the food was awesome, the crew were so sweet, we wanted to take them all home. The biggest problem was the medallion app - the only thing it was good for on my phone was ordering food. Half of our group it didn't work on, it would drop, kick people off, etc. It needed a little work... otherwise, Princess was awesome!!

Pros: Marcus and Jayson were absolutely the best ever. They for sure made the cruise. They were both extremely helpful and super fun people

Cons: Super slippery deck around the pool and extremely hot, didn't know I had to book a premium balcony to get a decent size room, overall dining service wasn't very attentive. Had to wait several times for to get drinks or have anyone come to the table to ask.

The medallion app was poor at best. It took long time to load and was spotty. Most of the servers had to get ur stateroom number cause their devices didn't work very good either. The idea behind is good especially being able to order food and drinks that are then delivered to u.it just needs to work

A beautiful ship to sail on our 39th cruise

Pros: ship decor was very soothing and comfortable, crew was among the best we have had. Food was very good with lots of choices which covered many ethnic dishes. Entertainment was on par with other cruises enjoyable and nice variety.

Cons: A too big ship but manageable and didn't seem crowded because of smaller amount of guests due to CDC Covid

We really did enjoy this cruise. After 39 cruises, we can't think of really anything but good to excellent on this ship. Itinerary was perfect and the weather held good for us for the whole trip. Nice crew, nice passengers!

This was our first time cruising since ships opened up again. Wonderful experience because Princess takes every precaution to keep passengers healthy. All crew is masked and the ship was running at less than capacity.
