Antartica

February

Pros: You can see South America/Antartica on a regular cruise, and not the high price of an Explorer Cruise

Cons: None

Recommended: Yes

It's a chance of a lifetime to actually be in Antartica, if you never thought you could. Celebrity has put together a great trip for 14 days. Icebergs, penguin's, beautiful excursions to the cities and countryside. Start your vacation early and tour Buenos Aires. Then fly over to see Iguazu Falls. Bring clothes for the warmer days, and don't forget winter clothes for Antartica.

South America / antarctica

February

Pros: Like that the passengers are in our age group; like the configuration of the oceanview for getting our food; staterooms are a decent size

Cons:

Recommended: Yes

The eclipse is a nice size and well taken care of in all aspects. It has comfortable lounges that accommodate our “on board living” experience, and we love celebrity. Going on the Edge in October,2021

30th anniversary journey

December

Pros: Great dining in Luminae

Cons: Suites on 12th deck incur noise from the Oceanview Cafe above beginning at 6:00 AM throughout the day and even into the night as preparations fro the next day begin. These should not be sold as premium cabins.

Recommended: Yes

The officer in charge of our suite deck and the concierge for suite guests did a great job of finding some solutions and gave us very special attention.

Wonderful experience

September

Pros: The ship-amazingly beautiful, comfortable, efficient & helpful & friendly staff especially, Jenny, housekeeping, Joey wait staff and Felipe store clerk.

Cons:

Recommended: Yes

We were awed by the efficiency of check in and check out. The crew were fast, friendly and helpful. The shows were of excellent quality and were all most enjoyable. The talk from Capt. Leo was interesting and informative and the talk about Faberge was top notch.
